## About the role

As an Implementation Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and our technology, ensuring seamless integrations and long-term success. You’ll work closely with merchants ranging in size from mid-market through enterprise, and operate cross functionally across go-to-market, product, and engineering. If you love problem solving, project management and merchant collaboration, this is the role for you!

## What they're looking for

- 3-5+ years of experience in implementation, technical account management, or customer onboarding—especially in fintech, payments, or SaaS
- A customer-first mindset, with a passion for making complex solutions feel simple and intuitive
- Technical fluency, including experience working with APIs, SDKs, system integrations, and financial technology solutions (coding experience is not required but is a plus)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect with clients across industries and levels of technical expertise
- Project management experience, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A growth mindset—you're adaptable, eager to learn, and excited about solving new challenges
