## About the role

As an IT Helpdesk Intern, you will help support Antares’ growing team and the day-to-day technology employees rely on to do their jobs. You will work directly with users to troubleshoot account, application, and hardware issues while helping deploy and maintain laptops, workstations, and other IT systems.

## What they're looking for

- Enrolled in at least a bachelor’s degree program, and going into your Junior or Senior year of studies
- Must have prior internship experience, or significant (>1yr) project team, laboratory, or relevant hands-on technical experience
- GPA of 3.5 or above
- Experience troubleshooting computers, applications, accounts, or other end-user technology
- Experience in a University club or organization, leadership role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users
