## About the role

We're looking for a Front End Engineer to support our Brand Web team, working at the intersection of design and development to build and maintain Anthropic's web properties. In this role, you'll contribute to shipping high-quality web experiences across anthropic.com and claude.com — from interactive marketing pages and data visualizations to internal tooling that keeps our content operations running smoothly.

## What they're looking for

- Have solid experience with modern frontend frameworks, particularly Next.js or similar React-based tooling, and are comfortable working within a design system
- Understand CSS at a level that lets you implement complex layouts, animations, and interactive experiences with precision
- Have hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms and can navigate content modeling, structured data workflows, and the operational side of keeping a large site running
- Have built internal tools or contributed to workflows that improve how teams work day-to-day, and enjoy that kind of problem-solving
- Can prototype quickly and iterate confidently, moving from rough idea to working proof-of-concept without getting stuck
- Communicate clearly with both designers and engineers, and care about shipping work that's both technically sound and visually refined
