## About the role

Anthropic's Investor Relations team manages our relationships with shareholders, prospective investors, and the broader financial community, and helps educate investors on Anthropic's mission, strategy, and financial performance. As the Operations Lead for the team, you'll own the administrative and operational backbone that keeps IR running smoothly, from coordinating investor meetings and preparing the team for them to managing the vendors and logistics behind high-profile events and visits.

- Experience coordinating complex calendars, meetings, or events across multiple stakeholders
- Experience managing vendor relationships, including scope, budget, and performance tracking
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated judgment handling sensitive, confidential, and market-sensitive information with discretion
- Comfort operating autonomously in a newly formed team, including building processes and systems that do not exist yet
