## About the role

Own coordination and scheduling across the team: internal syncs, customer visits, candidate loops, and travel, so the right people are in the right place with the right context. Plan and run events end to end: team offsites, customer onsites, hackathons, dinners, and conference presence, from budgeting through follow-up.
