## About the role

Antithesis is looking for an Accounting Operations Manager to build and run the operational backbone of our finance function. You'll own the systems, workflows, and controls that sit underneath our accounting work — making sure close runs smoothly, data is reliable, and the team can scale without adding headcount proportionally.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years in accounting operations, finance systems, or a accounting-adjacent role
- CPA preferred
- PMO experience
- PMP certified
- International experience - including multi-entity and multi-currency configuration
- Hands-on experience with ERP administration, ideally NetSuite or Sage Intact
