## About the role

To support our mission, we’re looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll help design, build, and maintain scalable and highly available infrastructure supporting our production environments. You’ll work closely with development teams to modernize systems, improve CI/CD pipelines, and ensure reliable, secure deployments across our platforms.

- Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable cloud infrastructure supporting production workloads
- Contribute to modernization initiatives, helping transition legacy systems into cloud-native architectures
- Own the full lifecycle of containerized services - from local development environments to production deployments
- Apply security best practices across the software delivery pipeline, embedding security into every stage of development and deployment
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, collaborating closely with development teams to accelerate safe, reliable software delivery
- Build and maintain observability solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and VictoriaMetrics, ensuring engineering teams have clear visibility into system health, performance, and incidents
