## About the role

Apartment List is looking for a Director, B2B Marketing to join our GTM team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to build and run programs personally — not just direct an agency or manage from a distance. You'll own our B2B pipeline creation strategy end-to-end: demand generation, events, campaigns, and content distribution, all tied directly to bookings and revenue outcomes.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of B2B SAAS/tech marketing experience, including 3+ years managing a team, with a track record of staying hands-on rather than moving fully into oversight
- Deep practitioner expertise in demand generation or events — someone who has personally built and run B2B marketing programs
- Full-funnel fluency — comfort operating across audience creation, segmentation, lead qualification, nurture, and handoff to Sales/Salesforce
- A strong, defensible point of view on marketing strategy, with the confidence to make and stand behind investment decisions
- Bias to action — a demonstrated willingness to test and move without waiting for perfect data
- People management experience , with demonstrated success leading a lean team, prioritizing where to invest, and ensuring resources and spend are tied to the highest-impact outcomes
