## About the role

Apartment List's Data & Analytics team is looking for a Senior Analyst, Growth & Marketing Analytics to sharpen how we measure and optimize our marketing performance. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who has built real analytical depth in a marketing or growth context and is ready to apply it with increasing independence and impact. Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.

## What they're looking for

- 4-7 years of experience in a marketing analytics, growth analytics, or closely related data role, ideally at a consumer-focused or high-growth technology company
- Strong analytical communication skills: you can identify the right level of detail for your audience and write up findings that earn buy-in, not just acknowledgment
- Strong, independent SQL skills - you can dive into an unfamiliar data domain, write accurate and efficient queries, and know when something looks off
- Solid grounding in basic marketing measurement, exposure to advanced measurement approaches
- Experience building reporting and dashboards in a BI tool (Looker, Tableau, or similar)
- Comfortable working with experimentation concepts, you understand what makes a test valid and what can make results misleading
