## About the role

Apex is growing our Talent Acquisition team and seeking a Technical Recruiter – Engineering & Production - to help scale the teams building our spacecraft. You’ll focus on hiring top production talent from aerospace engineers to technicians and leads on the factory floor. You’ll partner with our Talent Team, Engineering, and Production leaders to understand priorities, source exceptional candidates, and own the full recruiting process from start to finish.

## What they're looking for

- U.S. Persons status is required as this position needs to access export-controlled data
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including partnering with hiring managers and directors, assessing candidate qualifications, and managing pipeline progress
- Strong knowledge of aerospace industry trends, engineering roles, and technical skill sets
- Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit
- Experience managing various pipelines of candidates and keeping track of their progress throughout the recruitment process
- Proficiency sourcing with LinkedIn as well as alternative techniques
