We are seeking a Deal Desk Sr.

## What they're looking for

- Manage all deal desk processes, overseeing the intake, preparation, and issuance of sales quotes and expansions, while also preparing/refining quotes and supporting the quoting process end-to-end
- Work with Legal and Finance to maintain and improve quote workflows, ensuring alignment with legal and commercial requirements
- Implement configurations and process changes related to pricing, discounting, contract terms, and approvals
- Drive efficient and effective quoting encouraging use of tools, processes, and best practices
- Serve as a subject matter expert on CPQ quote automation software and CRM systems to support sales and commercial legal processes
- Partner with Legal to ensure standardization of contract terms relevant to the quoting and sales process
