You will also lead the Innovation team , responsible for discovering, validating, incubating, and launching the next generation of Appfire products.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is preferred
- 10+ years of progressively responsible product management experience, including 5+ years leading teams of product managers or product leaders
- Demonstrated success defining and scaling cloud platforms, shared services, APIs, or developer-facing capabilities in a SaaS, XaaS, or consumption-based business
- Proven experience taking net-new, 0-to-1 products from discovery through launch, customer adoption, and commercial traction
- Strong technical fluency across APIs, authentication and authorization, cloud architecture, high availability, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance
- Experience translating platform investments into measurable outcomes such as revenue growth, faster time to market, increased adoption, improved productivity, lower operating cost, or greater reliability
