## What they're looking for

- Education: Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher
- Operations Leadership: 12+ years of progressive product or operations leadership experience in enterprise environments, with at least 5 years within HR or Talent Acquisition functions
- Assessment Expertise: At least 2 years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and optimizing structured assessment platforms and candidate selection frameworks that drive hiring quality
- Workflow Design: Demonstrated success designing and scaling tailored workflows and operational models across varied business functions and international regions
- Execution Excellence: Proven history of operating as an execution machine, staying ahead of the ask, owning projects end-to-end, and taking personal accountability for outcomes
- People Leadership: Proven success managing, coaching, and developing talent with a track record of building high-performing teams
