## About the role

As the Global Partner Technical Success Director, you will serve as a technical leader defining the global technical charter for Appian’s partner ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Global Partner Experience Leader, you will build and lead a high-caliber global organization of Partner Technical Success Architects across North America, EMEA, and India regions.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline
- 10+ years of leadership experience in technical professional services, partner engineering, or technical alliance leadership within enterprise software companies
- 3+ years of direct experience managing and scaling high-performing global teams of enterprise architects across multiple time zones (US, EMEA, India)
- Proven track record of designing, building, and operationalizing technical partner programs across Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and regional delivery hubs
- Deep proficiency in Enterprise Software Architecture, platform infrastructure, cloud deployment, and large-scale digital transformation programs
- Exceptional executive communication and negotiation skills, capable of commanding technical respect and building consensus with partner C-suite, Product Engineering, and Customer Success leadership
