## What they're looking for

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, technical product management, or sales engineering roles within enterprise software
- Strong hands-on expertise with Appian application design, including SAIL, process models, data modeling, integrations, security frameworks, and deployment patterns
- Demonstrated product management discipline including roadmap ownership, prioritization frameworks, requirements gathering, and release management
- Proven people leadership experience managing and coaching technical teams across distributed locations
- Exceptional demo craft with a curator's eye for quality, reusability, and customer impact
