## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Software Architecture, with a proven track record of designing, building, and deploying large-scale, enterprise-grade systems
- Deep proficiency in Database Design, API Integrations, Security Frameworks, Performance Tuning, and Cloud Deployment Models
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with GSIs, regional systems integrators, and enterprise delivery teams across North America
- Proven experience conducting architecture reviews, code reviews, and establishing engineering best practices for scalable enterprise platforms
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to command technical respect from partner executives and developer teams
