## About the role

As a Senior Manager, Product Management, you will lead Appian's AI & Industry Solutions product portfolio, driving product strategy, customer impact, and the growth of a high-performing team of Product Managers. You will define the long-term vision for solutions spanning AI adoption and key industry markets while partnering closely with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative capabilities that solve complex business challenges.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 3 years leading Product Managers
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Strong technical foundation with the ability to partner effectively with Engineering and Design teams
- Experience defining product strategy and leading complex enterprise software portfolios
- Demonstrated success building customer-centric products within enterprise SaaS or business process automation platforms
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
