- Bachelor’s Degree (required)
- 4+ years of proven success as a Technical Recruiter, with a strong background supporting highly technical domains
- Demonstrated mastery in data-driven recruiting, using market insights, metrics, and talent mapping to influence and execute hiring strategies with senior leadership
- Proven capacity to manage a high volume of complex requisitions with a high sense of urgency and tenacity
- Thoughtful, self-aware communicator with exceptional relationship-building and consultative skills
- Proficiency leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, to drive an efficient, data-driven hiring process, Greenhouse experience is a plus
