## About the role

We are seeking a Learning Experience Designer to join our Vehicle Operations team to design and scale learning experiences that build the skills, knowledge, and operational readiness required to safely and effectively operate, test, maintain, and support our vehicle fleet and associated operations. This role is critical in ensuring our operators and operations staff are prepared, safe, and aligned with best practices.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of experience in learning experience design, instructional design, technical training, or learning program management
- Strong foundation in adult learning, instructional design, needs analysis, and learning assessment
- Experience with Articulate Storyline/Rise or similar learning-authoring tools
- Proven ability to translate complex business, technical, and operational requirements into structured, practical learning solutions
- Experience developing training across multiple formats, including in-LMS, e-learning, documentation, presentations, video, and instructor-led/ hands-on learning
- Strong project management and execution skills, with a proactive, self-directed approach to driving deliverables from concept to completion
