## About the role

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our legal team to support our U.S. and international Defense business vertical. This is a uniquely strategic role with a mix of both internal and external-facing responsibilities in an area of increasing importance and growth for Applied Intuition. In short, this role will make an impact. You will partner cross-functionally across product, engineering, finance, sales, and marketing. ## What they're looking for

- Experience with a diverse range of U.S. Government contract types (e.g., FFP, T&M, CPFF) and contract vehicles (e.g., FAR-based contracts, Other Transaction Authority (OTA), subcontracts, software licenses)
- Experience supporting proposal development — including familiarity with how to structure scope and pricing, and how to satisfy proposal compliance requirements
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active membership in one state bar
- 5+ years' of experience with the activities described above
- Ability to travel
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
