## About the role

Applied Intuition is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to own and optimize our legal department’s operations and technology stack, including procurement and contract lifecycle management. This person will be responsible for selecting, implementing, and/or maintaining tools such as privacy software, a new contract lifecycle management (CLM) system, and enhancements to procurement and legal request ticketing systems.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in legal operations, technical program management, or technology implementation, with direct ownership of legal or compliance systems
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, systems integration, and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira, procurement tools such as Coupa, CLMs, and workflow/process improvement, ideally in a high-growth, tech-forward environment
- Technical acumen and comfort driving evaluation and integration of new technologies and AI solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
