Talent is one of the most important ways Apptegy grows, and this role sits at the center of that work. This is a contract to hire opportunity for a Recruiter who wants meaningful ownership, a broad seat at the table, and the opportunity to help shape how a modern Talent Acquisition function operates.

## What they're looking for

- Own recruiting processes from intake through offer for assigned roles, with support and coaching as you grow your full cycle recruiting skills
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, build effective interview plans, calibrate on talent, and keep searches moving
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant channels
- Build talent pipelines for go to market roles such as Sales and Client Success, along with corporate functions. Support Product and Engineering searches as needed
- Build early career talent pipelines through campus partnerships and outreach for internship and recent graduate roles
- Conduct thoughtful candidate screens that assess skills, motivation, communication, and alignment with the role
