## About the role

We are looking for an Compliance Analyst to support day-to-day compliance operations and work directly under the Legal function. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in regulatory compliance, risk management, controls, and investigative processes who is ready to take on increasing ownership and operate with a high degree of judgment and professionalism. ## What they're looking for

- 1–4 years of experience in compliance, risk, privacy, or a closely related function, ideally at a regulated company or a firm serving regulated clients
- Working familiarity with at least one of: U.S. financial privacy law, data privacy frameworks, third-party risk management, or regulatory compliance in financial services or tax
- Strong analytical and investigative skills, organizational habits. You keep trackers accurate, meet deadlines without being chased, and leave a record others can pick up
- Comfortable working independently and handling sensitive information
