## About the role

We're looking for a Manager, Commercial Strategy for our office in Alpharetta, GA . This is a full-time, onsite position. You'll join the Strategy and Commercial Operations team to drive strategic segment growth and support executive decisions.

## What they're looking for

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of assigned strategic segments, including performance trends, customer needs, sentiment, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess segment performance across retention, bookings, services revenue, customer health, product utilization, and cost-to-serve metrics
- Identify key risks, opportunities, and emerging trends, translating insights into actionable recommendations and strategic priorities
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to align on segment strategy and support successful execution
- Develop business cases, commercial narratives, and executive-ready presentations that connect data, customer insights, and market context to business decisions
- Communicate strategic recommendations and performance insights to stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization
