## What they're looking for

- High school graduate or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience and knowledge in operations, utilities and/or construction is required
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a supervisory role is preferred
- Must obtain required license (IEPA Class D Distribution) within 1 year of eligibility to take the exam to properly oversee the operation and maintenance of the distribution systems
- Must have a valid U.S. Drivers license
- Strong customer service skills
