## What they're looking for

- Advanced knowledge of SOPs, gas industry, and PNG operations practices, procedures, PNG policies, procedures, and standards
- Knowledge of software applications such as LMS, JSSO, and SAP. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong team leader, planning, and writing skills
- Solid problem solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
- Possess the ability to drive organization change through strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Minimum of 8 years of safety/technical training experience. Natural gas industry and field experience may substitute for a portion of this requirement
