## About the role

As a member of our two-person People & Culture team, you will play a hands-on role across People Operations, employee data and reporting, benefits administration, systems and AI, learning, culture, engagement, and special events. You will help ensure that core People processes run smoothly while identifying opportunities to make them more organized, efficient, data-informed, and employee-friendly.

## What they're looking for

- Help embed Aqueduct’s culture across the employee lifecycle, beginning with recruiting and onboarding and continuing through learning, performance, recognition, engagement, internal communications, and offboarding
- Participate in Aqueduct’s bi-weekly Culture Club and coordinate approved activities, communications, and follow-up actions
- Based on Culture Club input and annual Culture & Engagement Survey trends, support programs that strengthen employee connection, collaboration, recognition, wellness, and engagement
- Help plan and coordinate employee events, including the all-company holiday party, summer outing, Culture Club programs, recognition activities, and seasonal events
- Support opportunities to celebrate employee contributions, birthdays, work anniversaries, milestones, and company achievements
- Gather participation data and employee feedback to help improve future programs and experiences
