## About the role

The Senior Service Delivery Consultant is a hands-on, customer-facing technical engineering role within our Professional Services team. In this role, you’ll own the design, deployment, assessment, and troubleshooting of complex customer environments, independently leading multiple simultaneous projects while acting as a mentor and first-line escalation point for other engineers.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of experience deploying solutions in your practice area within IT consulting or professional services
- Demonstrated ability to lead deployments with minimal oversight, work with cross-functional teams, solve advanced problems, and handle project escalations
- Practical experience designing and deploying solutions that align with industry best practices and validated reference architectures
- Proven track record mentoring other engineers or acting as a peer guide on technical delivery
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders as well as your peers
