## About the role

Assist with the installation, setup, maintenance, and removal of Arable field devices . Visit customer fields to inspect equipment and confirm devices are operating properly.

- We are looking for someone who knows agriculture, enjoys working outdoors, is comfortable with technology, and can be a dependable local resource for our team and customers
- This could be a great fit for someone with experience as a grower, farm manager, crop consultant, agronomy professional, irrigation specialist, ag technician, or recent agriculture graduate who is interested in flexible, part-time work
- You do not need to come from a traditional Customer Success background. Practical agricultural experience, reliability, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn Arable’s technology are most important
- Experience in agriculture, farming, agronomy, irrigation, crop consulting, agricultural technology, or a related field
- Familiarity with Nebraska agriculture and farming practices, particularly in western Nebraska
- A practical, hands-on approach and comfort working independently in agricultural field environments
