## What they're looking for

- 4–7 years of experience in Product Operations, Data Analysis, Program/Project Management, or similar roles, preferably in a technology environment
- Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into clear, professional insights
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience or familiarity with agriculture, agronomy, AgTech, or environmental data strongly preferred
- Understanding of agricultural seasonality and field operations is a significant plus
- Demonstrated ability to build processes from scratch, work through ambiguity, and create scalable solutions
