## About the role

You will architect, build, and optimize the frontend that powers Aragorn’s Analytics & Agentic HR Studio platform. You will: Product-defining impact: you will shape the UI/UX of the core Analytics and Agentic Studio platform used by enterprise HR teams

## What they're looking for

- Have 5+ years of professional experience building modern React applications at scale
- Have deep expertise in TypeScript , Webpack , and modern frontend tooling
- Have implemented micro frontend architecture in production environments
- Have built and scaled component-based design systems in collaboration with design teams
- Can translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, performant implementations — and know when and how to challenge a design for feasibility
- Have a strong sense of UX and can identify ways to simplify complex workflows
