As Arc's Quality Engineer, you will own the quality of the parts we buy and the boats we build. That means qualifying and managing our supplier base, running day-to-day quality execution on the production floor, and driving non-conformances to root cause so the same problem never comes back twice. We're looking for someone fired up by the mission and ready to build. You'll thrive here if you move fast, take ownership, and care about the details.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline with 3+ years of experience in supplier, manufacturing, or quality engineering
- Hands-on experience driving supplier quality using tools such as FAI, PPAP/APQP, PFMEA, control plans, SCAR/8D, root cause analysis, and process capability, willing and able to travel 50%+ to supplier sites
- Comfortable reading engineering drawings and GD&T
- Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and offsite — including supplier sites — as needed
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs
