As Arc's Senior CAD Designer, you will own the CAD backbone of our vessels — the models, the drawing packages, and the standards the rest of Engineering builds against. That means producing production-intent CAD for hull structures, mechanical systems, and powertrain integration; releasing drawing packages a vendor can quote without a phone call; and setting the CAD standards that keep a fast-growing team building off the same source of truth. ## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering field
- 5+ years of mechanical design and drafting, with a track record of releasing drawings to production
- Expert in CAD (NX required), including sheet metal, weldments, Class A surfacing, and large-assembly management
- Demonstrated Teamcenter administration experience, including workflow creation, troubleshooting, and training
- Strong command of GD&T per ASME Y14.5, with experience releasing parts to vendors across machining, fabrication, composites, or molding
- Thrives with incomplete requirements and fast-changing designs
