## About the role

We’re looking for someone who’s fired up by our mission and ready to build. You’ll thrive here if you adapt quickly, take ownership, and care about the details. - Interiors & mechanisms: upholstery, tower, windshield, storage
- Marine systems: ballast, bilge, steering, cooling, and surf tabs
- Defining system requirements and leading design reviews, making tradeoffs across performance, weight, cost, and manufacturability
- Leading prototyping through on-water testing, root-causing failures, and driving fixes into production
