## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience at a high-growth startup or hardware/deep tech company
- Demonstrated success owning complex requisitions across at least two of: Electrical Systems, Hardware, Manufacturing, or adjacent disciplines
- Experience serving as a calibration partner and trusted advisor to engineering Hiring Managers
- Scrappy, resourceful approach demonstrated creativity identifying and sourcing hard-to-find talent
- Strong written communication skills, your outreach converts because it's relevant, genuine, and interesting
- Comfort working in ambiguity and shifting priorities, you thrive without a rigid playbook
