## What they're looking for

- 5+ years across enablement, technical enablement, solutions engineering, technical account management, or cloud consulting, including 2+ years designing and delivering training programs
- Real time in the field — you've carried a quota, run pre-sales, or delivered consulting work, so you know what a great customer conversation sounds like
- Certified cloud practitioner or higher in at least one major provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP), with FinOps Certified Practitioner within your first 90 days
- Able to get demo-fluent in a technical product, since you'll coach others through theirs
- Experience enabling external technical audiences and building enablement programs — and the content behind them — from the ground up
- A gift for making complex, quantitative ideas click, and the credibility to guide senior stakeholders without needing formal authority
