## About the role

We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to join our retention team and own the day-to-day execution of our CRM and lifecycle marketing programs. Reporting to the Retention Manager, you will deploy campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and repeat purchases.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing
- Exceptional proofreading and QA skills, with a track record of catching formatting errors, typos, or broken links before deployment
- Comfort navigating standard ESP and CRM platforms (Customer.io, Braze, Klaviyo, or similar tools)
- Solid understanding of email, push, and SMS marketing fundamentals, including A/B testing methodologies and rendering checks
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge to make quick edits to email templates and troubleshoot layout issues
