## About the role

Arena is seeking an experienced Product Designer to help craft beautiful, intuitive product experiences for our growing community of users. In this role you will own the end-to-end design of new products and features that are on the bleeding-edge of AI innovation. You will partner closely with engineering, product and ML research to explore, prototype, iterate, test and ship products and features.

## What they're looking for

- At least 5 years of Product Design experience working on a consumer or developer facing application with a portfolio showcasing:
- Visual Design - a very high level of visual design craft, attention to detail and ability to surprise and delight users
- Product Experience - history of shipping features for consumer-facing products, ideally building 0-1 products or working at or with early stage startups
- Impact - track record of making informed, thoughtful design decisions that had a measurable impact on the product’s success
- Ability to make appropriate tradeoffs between short term and long term goals, informed by business and/or user needs
- Very strong proficiency in Figma (obviously)
