## About the role

Ares Management is seeking an Associate Vice President (“AVP”) for our Venture Capital fund accounting team. The AVP will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting and oversight of several private funds.

## What they're looking for

- Minimum 6-9 years of experience in fund accounting preferred
- Public accounting experience, Big 4 (preferred)
- Industry experience, specifically with venture capital preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high growth environment
