## About the role

You'd be the first industry hire on the Life Sciences team. The Life Sciences team is the group of industry experts that help bridge industry expertise with AI systems. We are looking for an expert with first-hand experience navigating pharma’s portfolio strategy, governance and commercial operations to help us bridge that critical domain knowledge with our platform.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years in commercial and portfolio strategy in biopharma. Direct biotech or big pharma experience is preferred over pure consulting
- Deep working knowledge of pharma's internal governance process for clinical and commercial decision-making with first hand experience seeing how decisions actually get made
- Experience running client-facing, multi-stakeholder engagements with real complexity
- Genuine comfort operating without structure. The most common way this role fails is someone excellent who needs a defined process to work inside
- You already use AI tools in your own work
