## About the role

This hands-on, technical role focuses on New Product Introduction (NPI) for advanced SMT PCBs. As an Electrical NPI Engineer, you will act as the technical bridge between design engineering and manufacturing partners, ensuring design for manufacturability (DFM), reliability, and quality throughout the product lifecycle. You will oversee product designs, identify DFM improvements during early development, and support HWDE, SI, and CAD layout engineers.
