## About the role

Working closely with cross-functional teams including software, hardware, manufacturing, customer support, and external suppliers.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field. MS is a plus
- Minimum of 10+ year experience in failure analysis and quality
- Demonstrate ability to debug, test systems, and track hardware failure processing for resolution
- Experience in PCBA manufacturing, electro-mechanical assembly, and associated processes
- Foundational knowledge in quality and reliability performance metrics
- Experience in Quality Engineering in high-tech manufacturing (preferably networking equipment) and working with contract manufacturing partners
