## About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer with a strong focus on tooling design and a passion for developing manufacturing focused solutions that enable high volume production. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Platform Design, Contract Manufacturing (CM) partners, and cross functional teams to design and develop tooling, test fixtures, and jigs that support scalable, high throughout manufacturing environments.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer, including deep expertise in DFM for prototype and production
- Proven working knowledge of PLM and a strong command of ECO/MCO/DEV/PCN processes
- Demonstrated ability to debug and troubleshoot electromechanical systems, perform failure and root cause analysis, and apply structured problem solving methodologies such as 8D
- Exceptional leadership and mentoring capabilities, with strong problem solving skills and a track record of effective cross functional collaboration and clear communication
