## About the role

Manage Qualification Plans: Develop and execute comprehensive reliability and qualification plans for optical transceivers from prototype to mass production. Collaborate with Vendors: Partner with manufacturing vendors to oversee testing execution, review data, and ensure adherence to quality requirements at our HQ location.

## What they're looking for

- Degree: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in reliability engineering, quality, or test engineering for optical components or transceivers
- Reliability Standards: Familiarity with industry reliability standards such as Telcordia GR-468, GR-1221, and IEEE 802.3
- Testing & FA: Experience with environmental stress testing (temperature cycling, damp heat, biased life testing) and failure analysis tools (SEM, EDX, CSAM, optical microscopy)
- Vendor Management: Proven ability to manage technical relationships and drive execution with external contract manufacturers or component suppliers. Ability to travel to the Asia CM factory
- Customer Support: Work with customer on the reliability requirement and debug
