## What they're looking for

- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including NDAs, MSAs, order forms, vendor agreements, reseller and partner agreements, and public sector contracts
- Manage a steady volume of deals independently, with review at key decision points, escalating matters to our Senior Counsels as necessary
- Serve as a day-to-day legal partner to the organization, balancing risk against business objectives
- Apply and maintain Armada’s contract templates and negotiation playbooks, and recommend improvements where you see recurring friction
- Research and apply evolving legal and regulatory frameworks across AI, hardware, data privacy, and government contracting, escalating where interpretation is unsettled
- Support international transactions and cross-border data issues in coordination with senior counsel
