## What they're looking for

- BICSI RCDD certification, ANSI, and BICSI credentials
- Demonstrated in-person experience leading complex OSP fiber projects from groundbreaking through acceptance — multi-mile pathway construction, high-count fiber pulls, splice coordination
- NEC fluency, TGB and TBB familiarity
- TIA competency — TIA-942 and TIA-568 and ISO/IEC 11801 international structured cabling
- Ability to lead initiatives and people. Drive design goals coordinating with ICT product, design, and installation partners. Interface with our manufacturer to drive design implementation when necessary
