## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience partnering with a Go To Market (GTM) organization
- 3–5 years of experience in a recruiting coordination or HR support role, experience in a senior or lead capacity preferred
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems, specifically Greenhouse or a comparable system, and hands-on HRIS experience, preferably Rippling
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
