- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or Greenhouse CRM
- Experience sourcing across a breadth of functions, including R&D (software and hardware AI) and G&A (finance, legal, people, operations)
- Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and influence search direction
- Strong communication and candidate management skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach and build genuine relationships with candidates over time
