## About the role

As an Applied AI Strategist, you play two roles: an operator who understands how care providers actually run, from the workflows to the handoffs to the workarounds, and a redesigner who can see how that work should be rebuilt once AI is a native part of it. You'll own the gap between the two: mapping how customers operate today, defining what the system needs to become, and driving that transformation through to delivery.
