## About the role

​ The Associate Scientist , Process Development Analytics will be responsible for

## What they're looking for

- ​ ​ ​​​ ​​ B.S. with 8+ years or M.S in a biological field with a minimum of 5 + years of relevant laboratory experience
- ​ ​Hands-on experience (equipment and software) with flow cytometry, plate readers, and automated cell counters required
- ​ ​Experience with functional assays is a plus
- ​ ​Strong organizational, recording keeping, time management, and communication skills are required
- ​ ​Previous exposure to analytical testing in a Pharma/Biotech, regulated ( GxP ) environment is preferred
- ​ ​Experience in cell therapy, immunology, or oncology is strongly preferred. ​
